Job Description:

Job Profile

  • Branch Sales Manager is a part of the Sales Team of the Retail Liabilities division of Consumer bank. This vertical specializes in acquiring/sourcing/expanding for Retail Liability products (CASA) and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity and also Responsible for Achieving cross sell Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc..  
  • Manages 1 branch with the Assistant Acquisition Managers (AAMs) of this branch reporting into him.  Ensure the audit scorecard for the team is in place.  
  • Accountable for achieving sales channel targets of the branch being managed  by him/her.  Motivate Team to Achieve Individual Targets of the AAM SOP and responsible for overall Targets Achievement of the Team.  
  • Plan and conduct sales campaigns and focuses on optimizing the number of Leads and referrals for boosting sales prospects.  
  • Handle customer queries, conducts checks on the account opening form details and  tracks the same in coordination with operations team in a branch.                                                                     

Job Role

  • Mobilize business for Current Accounts and Savings Accounts  Drive numbers and value.
  • Recruit and train the team members on a regular basis. 
  • Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel  
  • Organize various lead generation activities for his/her branch  
  • One point contact for the team in case of any grievance from customer’s side.  
  • Go along with the team members on calls while meeting some important customers.  
  • Ensure that the quality of services is maintained as per the standards set.  
  • Ensure that the defined parameters for opening of a new account are met in terms of documents collected, IP cheque.
