1) Candidate should have total experience of 4+ years in Mainframe

2) Should have hands on experience in Cobol, PL1, JCL

3) Should have hands on experience in IMS DB and DB2

AD Project Migration Resource Role (NA, APAC, EMEA)

Role Priorities:

• Hands-on support experience on Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop.
• Entry level experience with Active Directory concepts including user and group administration.
• Execute Active Directory project migration plan as outlined by the project team.
• Provides first level of support for end user who will be migrating between AD ids
• Monitors / reviews end user migrations to help identify and troubleshoot issues.
• Touchpoint between end users and project team to ensure define process is working as expected   
• Updates support documentation / FAQ to support user migrations
• Work with Syntel migration resources to remediate project issues as they arise and escalate as needed

Key Working Relationships:

·        Partnership with project stakeholder team providing status updates.

·        Partnership with Service Delivery / Corp IT and Syntel to ensure successful service desk operations, change management, and administration.

The purpose of the Lead Developer is to take the overall lead for designing, developing and roll-out of a key Marsh product suite.

• Lead project and development teams (including offshore teams) ensuring that the code quality is

high, that the design is adhered to and that all global standards are met.

• Own the CI/CD tool chain and roll out globally; keep CI/CD chain current by incorporating

improvements, new tools and technologies on an ongoing basis.

• Work closely with vendors of Marsh on the evaluation of their products and skills and on the

quality of their product and deliverables

• Analyses performance of existing systems by monitoring trends and results from technical support
